What is the return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. For returns due to a change of mind, all shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the product must be returned unused and undamaged for the return to be approved. How easy is the assembly, and do I need tools?
Our products feature a flat-pack design optimised for shipping efficiency. All components use only bolts and nuts, and we include a hex wrench and spanner required for assembly. Most people can assemble it easily within 10–20 minutes.
How long does shipping take ?
After confirming your order, we ship across Australia within 3–5 business days (based on major regions in NSW/VIC).
What regions are covered by your delivery service?
We offer delivery Australia-wide — wherever you are, we can ship to you!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
